To access Conversation Map resources, you must complete a Conversation Map training session. To view upcoming training sessions, click here.
After you have completed a training session, your trainer will give you access to the Conversation Map resources, which will be available when you log in to the Healthy Interactions Web site about 24 hours after your training session. The resources include:
- Getting-started videos that review key tips on setting up the room, preparing the materials, orienting the group to the Conversation Map tool, and more
- Best-practices videos that illustrate effective tactics for keeping patients engaged and actively listening and for managing challenging group members
- Downloadable PDFs of Conversation Map materials you can print for your group
