Strawberry Flax Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cups fresh or defrosted frozen sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 3 tablespoons flaxmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Preparation:
  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
