Arroz con Pollo

Ingredients
  • 1 cups white rice, dry
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 3/4 cups roasted chicken breast, cubed
  • 1/2 cups green peas
  • 1/4 cups diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cups chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoons ground coriander
Preparation:
  • Place all ingredients into a rice cooker or covered medium saucepan and cook until done, about 25 minutes. Serve hot.
