Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
- 4 ounces cream cheese, fat-free
- 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 8 ounces ham, lean, reduced sodium
Preparation:
- Wash and chop onion finely; set aside.
- Combine cream cheese and garlic powder.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly on ham slices.
- Place about 1 teaspoon of finely chopped green onion at the edge of each slice.
- Roll up and secure with toothpicks, or cut into 1/2-inch pieces, if desired, to serve as "pinwheels."
