Peanut Banana Finger Sandwiches

Ingredients
  • 4 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter, natural, creamy
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ, toasted
Preparation:
  • Make 4 open-faced sandwiches using 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 1/2 banana and 1 tablespoon of wheat germ per sandwich.
  • Cut each sandwich in half. Eat immediately or cover and refrigerate up to one hour until ready to serve.
