Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups cooked/canned white beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/8 teaspoons black pepper, to taste
- 4 slices italian bread, 1-inch thick, grilled
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients (except bread); season with pepper to taste.
- Spoon 1/4 of the mixture onto each slice of toasted bread.
- Drizzle with additional olive oil (extra-virgin), if desired, and serve immediately.
