White Bean Bruschetta

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cups cooked/canned white beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoons italian seasoning
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoons black pepper, to taste
  • 4 slices italian bread, 1-inch thick, grilled
Preparation:
  • Combine all ingredients (except bread); season with pepper to taste.
  • Spoon 1/4 of the mixture onto each slice of toasted bread.
  • Drizzle with additional olive oil (extra-virgin), if desired, and serve immediately.
